Terms of Service
Effective October 8, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of HackDesk Publisher, a content publishing tool that sends finished short-form videos to TikTok accounts authorized by the creator. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Using the service
You may use HackDesk Publisher only if you are legally able to enter into these terms and are authorized to control every TikTok account you connect. You are responsible for the videos, captions, settings, and other material you choose to publish.
2. Account authorization
TikTok account access is granted through TikTok's authorization process. You must not connect an account you do not own or have permission to manage. You may revoke the service's access through TikTok's account settings. You remain responsible for keeping your TikTok account secure.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant HackDesk Publisher a limited, nonexclusive license to process, transmit, and deliver your content only as needed to provide the publishing service.
You represent that you have all rights needed to publish the content and that it complies with applicable law, TikTok's terms, and TikTok's community and content policies.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content.
- Access or publish to an account without authorization.
- Interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or misuse TikTok's platform.
- Use automated activity in a way that violates TikTok's rules or applicable law.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service. We may also refuse or remove access when needed to protect the service, comply with law, or address a violation of these terms.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that a post will be accepted, published, distributed, or viewed on TikTok.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HackDesk Publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the service during the twelve months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
